SETUP & TROUBLESHOOTING

Your questions, answered.

Why can’t I see the selected colors?

Colors appear only in Main Table, not custom table views. Disable and re-enable the extension in chrome://extensions/, return to the board, and refresh. After first installing the extension, refresh the entire board page.

Does every user need the Chrome extension?

Yes. Each user must install the extension to see the colors.

Are Status columns supported?

No. Status columns already have colors defined by their values.

What are the board limits?

The original page states a supported maximum of 40 columns and 300 items per board. Beyond this, behavior depends on the customer’s internet bandwidth.
